Warranty

Materials and workmanship of Mammal Boots are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, stains, fading, fraying, scuffs and scratches, and product failures as a result of misuse or improper care. We will replace any boots with a qualifying manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase.

If you believe your product has a defect, we are happy to help. Please email us at sales@mammalboots.co.uk with the following information:

• Style name, size, and colour
• Photos that illustrate the potential problem
• Proof of purchase
• First/last name, preferred mailing address, and phone number

Once the above information is received, we can process your claim, which can take up to 1-2 weeks. We will notify you once the claim is complete.

We are only able to process warranty claims for customers in the United Kingdom. Please note that incomplete submissions will not be considered. Warranties are issued for the exact style, size, and color of the defective boots. If the original style is no longer available, you may be provided with an alternative that most closely matches the defective item. Mammal Boots reserves the right to deny warranty claims.
