Replacement Ice Grip Lever

Ordered 2 but only received 1. Have e mailed company, hope to hear from them after Christmas.
10th January and despite sending three e mails and a comment on one of their recent Instagram posts, no reply from the company. It’s only £2.50 however that’s not the point. Will never shop with them again nor would I recommend.
